Saehan Corporation(http://www.saehanelec.com/) values personal information protection of the customer and complies with the “law regarding the promotion of information and communication network use etc.” Saehan Corp. informs the purpose and how the personal information provided by the customer through the personal information handling policy and how measures are taken for the personal information protection.
Saehan Corp. collects and usage minimal necessary personal information of the user in order to provide optimized service to according to the user and increase the service satisfaction of the company and customer. The list collected by division and usage purpose is as following.
Saehan Crop. is collecting personal information through a cyber audit within the website.
Saehan Crop. is receiving agreements for collecting personal information from the users. Saehan Crop. provides a procedure to select whether to 「I agree」or 「I disagree」regarding the personal information handling policy when collecting the personal information from a user, and once the user has selected 「I agree」, it is considered to have agreed in collecting the personal information.
The user may view, correct or agreed withdraw the registered personal information at all time. When the user wishes to view or modify the personal information, it will immediately take measures after taking a personal verification procedure by contacting number at 02-2107-1035 or at cjenc@cj.net. In case a correction regarding an error of the personal information is requested by the user, the related personal information cannot be used or provided until the correction has been made. Also if an incorrect personal information has already been provided to a 3rd party, the correction handling result will be notified to the 3rd party immediately for the correction to take place.
Saehan Crop. does not share the collected personal information with a 3rd party.
Saehan Corp. does not make consignment work regarding personal information handling.
Saehan Corp. is limiting memberships for children under age 14.
01. Saehan Corp. does not store the personal information within the database and the personal information send to the manager’s e-mail is stored. Once the collecting purpose or the receiving purpose of the personal information is received(after the procedure of suggest, submit opinion, then measures are taken etc.), the e-mail is immediately discarded.
02. If the user contacts and requests at the main contact number listed on the bottom of the homepage, Saehan Corp. discard all relevant information. However if it is necessary to store the information according to the regulations of the legislation such as commercial law etc. even after the purpose of collecting or receiving has been achieved, the personal information of the user may be stored. (Maximum 1 year after applying suggestion and opinion)
Saehan Corp. does not operate ‘cookie’ on the website. Saehan Corp automatically collected the access, usage log of the website user for security, examination, and management.
01. The “Company” is doing its best to avoid loss, theft, leakage, falsification or damaging the personal information when handing the personal information of the “member” and is strongly demanding the following technical measures.
The system storing and handling the personal information of the “member” is protected through a firewall and an intruder obstruction system, and threat from outside is managed through 24 hour surveillance.
The “company” is taking measures to prevent damage from computer virus by using vaccine program. The vaccine program is regularly updated and if a sudden virus appear a vaccine is immediately provided preventing the personal information from being violated.
02. The “company” strongly demands the following administrative measures in handling the personal information of the “member”.
The access right regarding the personal information of the “member” is limited to a minimal person necessary according to the work.
A regular personal information protection training by the executive members of the “company” is practiced, in order to execute personal information protection.
03. The “company” does not take responsibility regarding loss, theft, leakage, falsification or damage of the personal information caused by an irresistible reasoning which prevention or measures cannot be taken with the technology at the time of the mistake or accident by the individual “member” even with the technological and administrative measures of the “company”.
